Several years ago I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis in my left foot and a neuroma in my right. Surgery was the next step for me after many different types of treatment. A friend told me to try reflexology and I thought, “Hey, what do I have to lose?” My first visit, I will admit, I was skeptical. Sylvie explained every step she did and why she was doing it. I was pretty sore but returned one week later for another session. Within 3 visits my plantar fasciitis pain was gone!! I am a firm believer in reflexology now.
